LCF leaders, IV staff, and faculty advisors are periodically contacted about opportunities for students. Sometimes we announce them, but generally they end up here. Check back once in a while if your looking for something (or click "more actions" and "subscribe to page changes" to be notified automatically). We've divided them into three categories for now, and they are listed beginning with the most recent.

Study Abroad

LCF is affiliated with national Christian student movements around the world (154 countries) through the IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students). So if you are planning to study abroad, it is likely you could find a group like LCF. The problem is they all go by different names (like the Ghanian movement GHAFES), so you need to do a little digging. Here are some links to get you started:

Weekend conferences for students starting their semester/year abroad (in places like Barcelona or London), see Launch
IV is piloting semester programs that engage issues of racial reconciliation and human trafficking
There are a couple Spring Break pilgrimage-style trips in some countries called Jouneys
Finally, there is a program call Re-Entry specifically designed to help Christian students deal with reverse culture shock when they return.
